Detailed report on the event:

The PG Department of English and Rhetoricians: An Efficacious Speaking Forum conducted an oratorical competition on “Social Media: A Right to Speak or a Road to Stalk”. The competition was held on 12th April 2023. The students surprised the gathering with their enthusiastic participation. The judge of the event, Dr. P. Prasanna addressed the audience on the importance and relevance of the topic in contemporary society. The winners of the competition were announced by the judge.

Outcomes of the event:

The students were able to demonstrate their oratorical skills. The event helped them gain exposure while motivating others to participate in such events in future. The suggestions from the judge at the end of the event helped them to improve their skills.
