Parents Teachers Meet

 Event-Report:

The P.G. Department of English organized Parents Teachers Meet for BA English studentys 5th February 2026 for the even semester of the academic year 2025-26. Parents and their respective wards were requested to attend the meeting between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Ms. Jubilin Vinifa VN, Mr. G. M. Prem Kumar and Ms. R. Kadambari, the class in-charges of I BA, II BA and III BA English discussed the students’ discipline, academic performance, punctuality, classroom interaction, dress code and participation in co-curricular activities. Parents’ queries related to their wards were clarified. Parents’ feedback was also collected.

Outcome of Event:

The PTM helped establish an acquaintance between the class-in-charges and the parents.

It helped in understanding students behaviour and performance.

It brought out new approaches to solve the problems of the students.

Two Day Life Skills Enhancement Workshop on "Holistic Wellbeing and Resilience"

Date and Time: 10th October 2023 to 11th October 2023, 10:00 am to 1:30 pm Venue: Cauvery Block, Sports Complex, First Floor Faculty Coordinator: Ms. Nandhini Praveen and Ms. Krithika A PG Department of English organised a two-day workshop titled “ Holistic Wellbeing and Resilience ” on 10th and 11th October 2023. The aim of the workshop is to provide adaptive, emotional and positive behaviour that enable students to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. The Day 1 (10.10.2023) Session 1 : was commenced with the college prayer followed by Welcome address. Then Mr. J.
